Yeah most people feel these wave like vibrations when entering Sleep Paralysis (usually when attempting a WILD) it's completely normal and natural. |

I wake up in bed in my dream as usual and sometimes there are vibrations left over from the transition from wake to dream. Sometimes it might just be my head, leg, arm, or entire body. Now whats weird about it is when I get out of bed in the dream the vibrations stay where my body was. |

I know that vibrations are natural, I usually feel them so I know, but I am talking about in the dream the vibrations are NOT with my body but the vibrations are still vibrating were my body WAS laying in bed, my actual physical/dream body(whatever you want to call it) is not vibrating. But if I stick my" hand" where my body was laying in my bed I will feel the vibrations in my "hand". Its kind of like there is something still going on at location my body was at the beginning of the dream. Do you know what I am saying? |
