another SP i think ?!

last night i tried WILD again , i never get to SP .... so i laid on my back , the lights were off and i had my eyes open (i couldnt see a thing cuz the light was off) .. so then i felt a pendulum moving in front of my eyes (still cant see a thing) , then the room got darker and darker and i started hearing some high pitch noise getting louder and louder and my head started hurting and feeling numb (my eyes were still opened ) then i just heard the sound of my parents TV and all the things i felt started fading away :/ i felt the same sensation of head hurting and sound when i was meditating about a month ago so was that the starting of SP ?? how did it happen with my eyes open ?? how did i feel it last time while i was meditating , i wasn't even lying on bed ,i was sitting !! thanks

When I get SP which is an awfull lot my head always throbs and I hear a swooshing noise so sounds like it to me and I have heard from a lot of people they got SP when they had their eyes open just like I have done in the past ...happy dreaming

hmm so after having sp with open eyes ... do u continue to sleep with ur eyes open ?! and is there a way to pass the hallucinations part cuz i dont seem to get any further than that , just some hallucinations and then im totally conscious again , i dont get excited , i dont move , i dont think about anything , and i still wake up again .... any suggestions ???

You're not supposed to have your eyes open when attempting a WILD. What people talk about when 'seeing' Hypnagogic Imagery, is actually to do with the brain creating hallucinations rather than you physically seeing them.
