Practice- first time I ever tried ( different account name) I got it first try- now when I do it I actually have to dedicate myself. Practice and research mah friend. |

I am a lucid dreamer who like most people started off in your position. You want it but nothing you do will get you there. Well 4 months ago I was in your position... Right now I have had 7 concious lucid dreams and at least 20 simulated ones. I make plans of what I am going to do in my next lucid dream which I highly recommend you do. |

You're not going to lucid dream just with MILD, it's a great way to increase your chances but in order actually get a good rate of becoming lucid you need to do more. |

I recomend the wake back to bed/WILD method. All you ahve to do is wake up after 5 to 6 hours. After that you can stay up for a short amound to time anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. Then you go back to bed with the intent of lucid dreaming on your mind. It is best to think about the adventure you about to go on and what youll do and what you will look like. All during the time before you go back to bed. |

also if you try too hard you can be stressed and that leads to less control. its about control. control control..it sounds like your heart is there tho!! |
