Can anyone help me! (Im a nooby)

So for the past week I have been trying to do a lucid dream, this is what my technique is

1: I tell myself before I go to bed Im going to lucid dream

2: I count to 100 and every other word I say Im going to have a lucid dream

3: I ussually fall sleep somehow and I have dreams and stuff but I can get myself to realize im in a dream.

Does anyone else have a SIMPLE tut they use PERSONALLY! or can you build on what im doing. thanks guys!

I am a lucid dreamer who like most people started off in your position. You want it but nothing you do will get you there. Well 4 months ago I was in your position... Right now I have had 7 concious lucid dreams and at least 20 simulated ones. I make plans of what I am going to do in my next lucid dream which I highly recommend you do.

I know the feeling you have right now... Everyone but me can lucid dream. Trust me you can do it and I'll show you my journey. I wrote a book from day 1 (discovered lucid dreaming and wanted to try it out). It's completely free and you can download it right here:
      Entering the phase
(don't get the audiobook... It's barely been started so just download the eBook version)

I tested out many techniques and have entered lucid dreams using many different methods including my own. If you read my book and copy what I do your bound to have a lucid dream eventually. The best part is that just reading about lucid dreaming can trigger a spontaneous one so hope that gets you even more eager.

Good luck and hope you have a great journey like I have

You're not going to lucid dream just with MILD, it's a great way to increase your chances but in order actually get a good rate of becoming lucid you need to do more.
Try becoming aware of yourself throughout the day, maybe every 5 minutes to see if your dreaming.
And what is your recall like?

I recomend the wake back to bed/WILD method. All you ahve to do is wake up after 5 to 6 hours. After that you can stay up for a short amound to time anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. Then you go back to bed with the intent of lucid dreaming on your mind. It is best to think about the adventure you about to go on and what youll do and what you will look like. All during the time before you go back to bed.

After the time is up and you go back to bed, repeat to your self the word lucidity. It works wonders for me. After awhile you might get a lucid dream every other attempt.

Also try all day awareness. Where you try to notice what other people miss. Often times people dont know if there is a clock in the room or not becuase they tune it out. It is good to note the small details. Notice things like the paterns of your carpet and drapes and so on. Notice the feeling you have while sitting and typing and the sound of the computer and what is going on outside. Very often you can tell your dreaming by how things sound. In lucid dreams people often think they hear sound but on closer inspection they notice that it wasn't very realistic.

      Never give up.
