Another pre-lucid, or maybe...?

Okay so salt night a had a pre lucid but I only just remembered it a few minutes ago, it was a bit weird though, because for a moment, by moment I mean like a fraction of a second, I remember feeling almost... conscious. This is a huge step forward in my lucid dream journey so I wanted to tell you guys about it. Most of the dream was pretty faded and I was only dreaming that it was lucid dreaming, but for a second there I was definitely fully aware. I can remember I was really excited and started to jump around but then tried to calm myself down but it was too late, my heart rate was already going too fast and I woke up soon after, not remembering a thing until now! Our minds work in mysterious ways 😊

Congratulations! Unfortunately, the immediate waking because you're too excited about your first lucid dreams is common. But don't let that deter you. You've proven to yourself that you can have lucid dreams, and as you get a few more, the rush of excitement will decrease a little, allowing you to manage it and keep it from waking you up!
