Right so im actually going for "DEILD" which is "Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream"
So im okay up to the SP part because i know you get all these hallucinations n shizz but then what happens? do you teleport to your dream with your eyes open in dream land wut?

Unfortunately its not that easy lol. With DEILD, do you wake up with your eyes still close and not move? From there it should be a little more simple. You should begin falling back into the dream state within minutes. As long as you stay still and ride out the SP and stuff you will eventually get into a dream, either the one you just had or a different one.
