I've only had lucid dreams regularly for the past month. I got back into it after having my first recent one a few nights before Halloween. I've had 11 in the past month, varying in vividness. Four nights in a row is my record. |

As the title says! How often do you lucid dream? Are you able to do it regularly? If so, do you choose to or not to? How much would you like to be able to? |

I have a lucid every few days or so. Sometimes the lucids happen a bunch at a time, and sometimes in successive nights. I'd like to think I'm very lucky that my mind and subconscious are very cooperative. I do practice induction techniques, specifically MILD and ADA, diligently. I also keep a consistent dream journal and evaluate my attempts. Overall, I can truly say that practice, commitment, and proper mindset are very important to have lucids. Anything is possible if you put your heart and soul into it. Like, for reals. |

I would agree with paigeyemps, with raw deication I can also have one or more a night but the moment I stop working I stop having them. Keep up and determined and they will start to come naturally. |

I agree with Paigeyemps on proper mindset, commitment and practice, despite me not having so much success, but it is getting better every night and a nice side effect of trying to get lucid dreams is remembering your ordinary dreams :-) But back to your question, I have now at least every month 1 lucid dream, mostly still very short but I think I got to the roots of the problem why I couldn't make more progress :3 |

It's kind of hard to say... |
