Thread: Paralysis in the dream

I've been working on WILDs recently... Not a lot of success yet as I tend to fall asleep... But my DILDs are increasing as as a result. But now a couple times I've found myself unable to move in my dream. Once the dream started and it took a few seconds before I could put a car in drive... Then I was ok. Then another time as the dream was ending I couldnt walk, so I tried fllying and did for a few secs until dream ended. Anyone experience dream paralysis? Is I a carryover from SP?

Mentally shout, as loudly as you can, "Now I move!" Shout this as a command with the expectation it will be obeyed. You should be able to move. If that doesn't work say, "Now I control my body!" or "Now I go to another dream."
