[quote]i have dreams where i am with this guy, whom i like, very.. very much. we are at a party, where someone we both know is making skirts. she tells me not to get jelous of his skirt, though he is just holding it... somehow we end up on an old couch my family used to have in this house.. its a house we were at a party at, in reality. we kiss... and i wake up.
somehow i can controll the color of the skirt.. and when we kiss, i tell myself not to wake up, but i do anyways.. with this dream, i don't even mean to make it lucid, but it is..
any adivice on what this dream might mean, and how to stay lucid, and not wake up..? i guess...

Don't kiss!
Any form of sex, whatever base one is working on, will wake a dreamer up.
One really has to make some choices. but the choices are easy enough. One can keep sex and all of that business in one's waking life, while reserving our dreams for sustainable Dream Adventures.
Indeed, Dreams offer a gateway into the Ways of Higher Spirituality -- a far better Gate Way than can be found in Waking Life. It would just seem wise to keep our interests in their proper domains: Sex in Waking Life, where we can have marathon sex sessions with no interruptions at all; and Spirituality in Dreams, where our Lucid Dream can last as long as a REM cycle could possibly allow, as long as we don't try keeping a 'date'.
