Thread: Lucid or not?

Hi guys!
I know the definition of lucid but I'm not sure if I was lucid or not. So I let you guys decide :/

Dream fragment: I was walking around a house before I went to bed, and chatted with some people. I went to sleep but suddenly woke up. I kind of knew that this wasn't reallity.
I suddenly thought that I would watch my body sleep. When I saw my body, it was kind of blurry(obviously this wasn't my real body). I said to myself that this was so cool, and I wanted to tell my sister about it when I woke up.
I wake up somewhere around here.
It's strange because it seems like I dreamed about astral projection(Im trying to astral project IRL) but I don't know if I knew if I was dreaming or not :O

I don't think its an ld, you didn't think it was reality, but you never thought it was a dream.

I'm not quite sure on this one. You apparently knew that you were sleeping, knew that everything wasn't real, and knew that you would wake up. These all spell out lucid dream to me. I suppose you could have these elements in a dream though and confuse them with something else. It could have meant you thought you were astral projecting, which isn't exactly the same as lucid dreaming. I think it's more likely that you recognized you were dreaming though.

According to me, it is not lucid dream. It is non-lucid dream.

Hmm i guess that it was some sort of a semi lucid?
