      last night experience

well, last night, i finally got my second lucid dream but , it wasn't as good as i thought it would be.

about 1:00 am i went to bed thinking about my previous dream, and repeating mantra in my head.i fell asleep.then it was about 6:00 am i woke up laying still with my eyes closed, perfect for DEILD.but i got so excited that i will have the chance to perform deild , that my heart began to beat fast and i kinda woke myself up lol.

i tried to WILD but it didn't worked. i l laid there still for about 30 minutes , but only thing i felt was that my fingers began to feel numb and that's it...
(what was i doing wrong? i laid on my back arms by my side and didnt cross my legs.. did everything like in the tutorials)

when i gave up the wild, i just went to sleep with MILD again.later my father walked in my room and asked wether i had seen my sister, i replied that i havent and thought to myself why that idiot is bothering me to sleep
i began to dream and blah blah blah, when suddenly i became lucid and everything went black.i didnt wake up i was just like in dark room.i tried to visualise diffrent environment , but i just couldnt do it... then i woke up in sleep paralysis with a feeling that someone is pulling my out of the bed. (could you give me advice , how to get back into dream from this point? because this was pretty scary feeling)

whats more , i asked my dad if he had asked me something earlier that morning, and he said no. so it means that those were pretty real hallucinations , cause i realy heard him talking to me as i was falling asleep

if you have read my post so far , thank you for your attention, and write your experience in this

I think when your dad walked into your room that probably a dream rather than SP hallucinations. If You wake up and still feel SP lie completely still. Its a good time To try a Deild. Ive never actually sleep paralysis before but ive heard stories about it being pretty creepy. The best thing to do is stay calm. The more you freak out the worse the hallucinations will be. Just remeber that you are in control at all times. If you want that scary thing pulling you out of bed to go away all you have to do is tell it to.

Anyway congrats on your lucid! Hopefully next time you will be able to see.
I'd rather not have a signature, thanks.

You experienced what is known as the void. It is common to find yourself in the void after a lucid dream. Sometimes you may find yourself in SP.

When your in SP the best thing to do is accept everything you hear and feel. It is best to get into a meditative state, then youll find yourself in a dream environment. When you find yourself in the black void that means you will either find yourself in a new dream or wake up. When you see the void imagine your next dream environment and you might wind up there. If you wake up don't move at all and you will find yourself in a dream again possibly after SP.
