Kind of Pre-Cognitive Recall????

This seems to happen to me alot where certain parts of my dream i won't recall, and then during that same day there will be something that comes up that reminds me of that certain point of the dream and then that fragment or part of my dream comes back to me. Does anyone else have this?? It happens to me quite alot and its weird because its one of those things where, out of nowhere i will look at something and it will trigger it or i will go to some place i don't normally go and see it. Does that makes sense?? For example: ummmmmmmmmmm say i will see a certain type of chocolate bar that i don't usually see and then in my dream i would of dreamt about it just the night before. Its like im in the right place at the right time to see that otherwise if i hadn't been there i wouldn't remember. That's the best example i can give haha.. i can't remember the other triggers that i have had. But yeah happens to me quite frequently. Any opinions????

I guess that's pretty common. Happens to me all the time. Usually what triggers the forgotten dream is something that somebody says.

yeah i get that all the time, sometimes i get the stuff i've dreamed about happen but that happens only occasionally.
