1st Lucid Dream Weird???

Today I just had my first lucid dream, I saw a green balloon and then it suddenly turned into an image of a relative and bam, i became lucid. It was weird since I had a huge tingling sensation in my head during the dream and I couldnt see out of my right eye, lol. But when I woke up and started writing it in my dream journal the tingling started to come back in the back of my head near my neck. Is this anything serious. It just happened today... It kind of felt like one of those chills that runs through your body when you think of something scary or its cold. But not exactly like that.

This used to happen to me every time i had a lucid dream. Once i became lucid, chills will come over my body for a few seconds, especially in my head. However, after a 6 month break from practicing lucid dreams, they stopped. I don't think their anything serious, though I'm not a doctor so i can't say for sure.
