Has anyone tried the DreamQ-V device?

I'm thinking about buying a DreamQ-V device that recently became available. It suppose to be like a heart rate monitor in that it watches for the spikes in heart rate usually associated with REM. It sends a signal to a wrist or ankle band which in turns sets off vibrations to get the sleeper's attention that they are dreaming. It is meant to increase the possibility for lucidity.

Has anyone purchased and tried this device? I would very much like to find out how this has worked before I spend the $210 to get one.

Yes, and as far as the vigilant Dreamviews members here can see, it's a scam. Read this thread for more information on why that could be.

PS: What is it with an influnx of DreamQ stuff? Is there some sort of advertising scheme out on the internet for this all of a sudden?

      Thanks for the thread

Thanks for pointing me to the other thread. I'm not opposed to someone taking some's heart rate monitor and modifying it. The increase in heart rate was noticed by Dement and Kleitman. I'll keep looking for additional info and I'll post it here.
