I'm thinking about buying a DreamQ-V device that recently became available. It suppose to be like a heart rate monitor in that it watches for the spikes in heart rate usually associated with REM. It sends a signal to a wrist or ankle band which in turns sets off vibrations to get the sleeper's attention that they are dreaming. It is meant to increase the possibility for lucidity. |

Thanks for pointing me to the other thread. I'm not opposed to someone taking some's heart rate monitor and modifying it. The increase in heart rate was noticed by Dement and Kleitman. I'll keep looking for additional info and I'll post it here. |
