a weird way of lucid dreaming ?

so yesterday i was dreaming that i was in school and i was asked to go get something from the computer in the hallway so i went there and sat down in front of me there was to women sitting and two teachers i know walking i was siting and copying files from the computer when i looked down i was wearing a slipper so i left it by the computer the two teachers where in front of me now so i said hi they said hi and one of them gave me a pen and asked me to go put it on his desk the other was laughing i looked to my body and i was naked i don't know why.

i was very embarrassed the two women where looking at me and laughing but than i thought this is just a dream that when i remembered to look at my hand to check if it was a dream my hand was all shaky as if when i looked at it i was drunk so i said yes it is a dream and then i kicked the two women and punched one of my teachers than i started thinking of flying but i woke up.

this happens to me a lot i only lucid dream when i am very embarrassed that i think this is a dream so i realize yes it is i dont know what was that real lucid reaming or what ?

I think that was a lucid dream indeed. If you realize and know you are dreaming WHILE you are in the dream, which you said you did, then yes it is a lucid dream.

Also, there are many ways to trigger lucidity. You can work on your awareness, as it can help you become lucid more naturally, and without you having to go through certain embarrassing situations just to get lucid.
