      sober vs intoxicated

      Do you guys find its easier to LD with a clear mind? One that is aware or an intoxicated one who's more accepting so when lucidity is reached you don't instantly wake

      Even if I only have a couple of beers, my recall is terrible. So sober for me.

      Ive had lucid dreams at night while ive been smoking cannabis before. I dont drink so I wouldnt know about that. most of the times i can only remember snippets of my dream anyway so for me

      I've noticed vivid dreams while I am high, but when I am drunk, I don't remember shit.

      Alcohol has led to some of my more interesting vivid non-lucids, but it's never helped me reach lucidity, if anything it makes it harder. Virtually all other drugs destroy my recall or my chances at becoming lucid. Sober is best.
