Mantras would probably help, but what you really need to do is try to keep calm. I feel that's the reason you aren't remembering to do anything you know. So if you just keep calm when you're in SP (not always easy) then you should find it easier. |

First of all i agree with samuraixkyle, you should calm yourself or non of your attempts to LD won't work, after you are calm you should do RC and then LD, if your vision become blurry and you think you are going to wake up take a good and long look on your hands till you feel that your dream stops to fall apart and then try to LD. |

You could try mantra as suggested to get the idea in your head. Something like "when SP, do AP". Read up on AP/OBE techniques and practice them during day. I know there is lots of techniques and in general, you should give each of them a couple second long try, if that one doesn't work, move to another one. So memorize them and practice so when SP hits you, you do it automatically, without much thinking. Hope this helps |
