Although I still don't have much clear dream recall, last night I was vaguely aware of several dreams, and when I realized that it was light in the room I woke myself up.

if u want to remember dreams do what i do. it has worked every time ive done it now GREATLY. set an alarm an hour or 2 after u go to bed. wake up then go back to bed. then you will remember all your dreams from then till u wake up. i guess im sleeping too deep lately maybe u are too
