      Weird experience

hey, this is one weird experience, maybe some of you might be able to help with my confusion.

Ok, here it goes. I was sitting in bed last night (about midnight) practising W.I.L.D. . I leant back and closed my eyes and when i opened them it was half nine in the morning. I wasn't tired before i closed my eyes or after i'd opened them. i had no of recollection of the past nine and a half hours. I normally know when I was dreaming, but this time it just feels as if i'd been sitting there for nine hours.

The only reasons I can think of are that :- 1. it was a lucid dream but thats crossed off the list 2. that somone erased my memory, if so they did it well 3. I had a lucid dream but i did something so bad that my subconscious erased my memory, highly unlikely.

well I hope some of you guys can help.

      sam

It happens sometimes that you fall asleep, and when you wake up, you remember nothing about the night, and it feels like you hadn't even slept. I don't know what causes that, but I've heard many people experience it sometimes.

EDIT: Oh yea, welcome to Dream Views. I hope you enjoy being part of our community

If you say so, but it was weird i didn't move at all. it was like i had time warped forward nine hours and I felt just like I did when I closed my eyes. And it all happened in a blink. and i normally know when I sleep, like semi-lucid except it's pitch black and warm, like laying bed

And if any of you didn't relise i was joking about the three reasons, I have no clue what happened, and why would someone want to erase MY memory?

I've had that a few times. Where you're staring at the clock or something, and within a blink of an eye, half a dozen hours have passed and you feel completely the same.

I believe it's a question of the Perception of time passing. Try doing that in the Afternoon. I dreamt I was related to Uncle Fester........That's got to be Weirder. A Cromby Overcoat and Oversized Head. And those Eyes..........those Eyes.
