I also recommend you check out previous Tasks of the Months which is also full of awesome ideas. If you are still having trouble, read other people's dream journals! See what they do in their lucid dreams and hopefully that will inspire you.

Also, when you find some things you wanna do, write them down and read them from time to time, especially before bed. That can help you remember it easily once you get lucid, so you don't panic about what to do.
