      Blurry dream vision

I had 2 lucid dreams last night and then had a 3rd, but this was different. my vision was very blurry. i could barely see and when i look in the mirror my face looked very disfigured but i know dreams do this. Also the atmosphere feels very uncomfortable so i just went back to my bed and wiggled my toes and woke up. i couldnt tell in the dream if it was a dream because my RC with fingers on nose breathe failed but i knew something was up haha.

Another time about a month ago in my dream my hand was blocking part of my vision and i could not move it wtf. i kept waking up in my dream in my bed with my hand in the same position in a kind of sleep paralysis then going back into a dream like that. This was also about my 3rd lucid dream of that night.

So why was my vision blurry in the first episode.
Why did my hand block half my vision in the second episode.
Why is the atmosphere so uncomfortable in these dreams, a little bit scary.

Hope this makes a little bit of sense

Sometimes lucid dreams are not really stable or precise, but you can make them more realistic by using stabilization techniques. You can find a ton of ways to stabilize a dream by searching on the forum.

Stabilization techniques work by putting your attention and focus on the dream itself. For example, you can stabilize by just looking around and putting your attention on the details of the scene. When you look around, you will see details that weren't there before; in lucid dreams, things need your attention to exist. So by putting your attention into details, you made them exist.

I hope this will help you to improve your lucid dreams,

I agree with SIMDML. Dreams can be quite unexpected and random. Check this out: http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/ninas-...torial-118317/

Furthermore, you can use that weird feeling in the atmosphere as a reality check! In waking life, you can stop at random times and feel the atmosphere and try to think if it's normal. I usually get lucid because of the dream atmosphere, because I always notice that it's a bit off, like it feels heavy and a bit sticky but I can't quite explain it.

      Good luck!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
