      The Big 1-0-0

Alright.. about a month ago, I reached my 100th Lucid Dream. I know it's a high number, but I guess I have a lot of willpower and am somewhat of a natural. I'm pretty pumped, lemme tell ya what, but I wish I posted when it happened, because I haven't had time to post much. But anyway, what does everyone average a month for LD's?
      The end justifies the means.

      Lucid Counter--- 145

Probably the same amount as the # of days in the month (I usually only have 1 6 hour LD rather than many of them ), which would be either 30 or 31 per month.

All I can say is wow... it makes me feel really jealous, but also more determined to get really lucid. I've only had four this year so far, but now I'm starting a new prolonged method and I'm not going to stop until i start getting at least one lucid a week.

      100 WOOHOO!!! DAG!

My lucidity is highly erratic. I may have 4 or 5 a week, or 4 a night, or one every two weeks.

I probably average between 20-50 LDs a month. I don't have an LD every single night, but some nights I have 5, 10, or more LDs during that single night. And a couple of those nights a month really racks up the numbers.
Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

I'm having high amounts of lucid dreams lately, but the problems are the length of them. Out of all the lucid dreams I've had none have exceeded more than one minute except one freakish one a week ago that went for literally 15-20 minutes. I know i'm getting closer to making them longer, I'm just wandering is there mental exercises that would help ?

Tried any of these: Spinning. Staring on the ground, or your hands? That might be it.
