Was it a LD or did I just dream it?

So I was really tired this afternoon and went to bed to hear music at around 2 pm or so and then put my music off and decided to sleep a bit or - even better - try a WILD. I was laying a bit on my back, hearing strange noises from time to time and then decided to give it up and was then laying on my side but I tried to WILD still (it was around 3 pm I believe).
Suddenly everything felt strange and it was like I was caught in White Noise and my body began to move or at least it felt a lot like that. I was like 'what the fuck happens, am I really moving/kicking my feet or does it feel like it and in reality I'm in sleep paralysis?' It was a kind of unpleasant feeling, tho...
Well, I can't remember everything anymore but then it calmed down and I found myself again sitting in a house, everything still not vivid nor clear so I did a reality check, rubbed my hands etc. My hands had a lot more fingers and after rubbing I could clearly see everything and everyone. I don't know much anymore of the things I've done, but I went out of the house and in a corn field I magially made a sword, can't recall for what I've used it.
Some time later the dream seems to have ended because I was still sleeping a bit, waking up at 4.45 pm. And now I'm sitting here, writing this down and asking myself if it was a true LD or if I just dreamt a whole LD + RC + hand rubbing etc... because I can't recall everything and it feels like I just dreamt it (it's a dream after all, so it may has to feel like that?)
      What would you think? :S

      Yes and yes.

Yes it was a lucid dream, and yes you dreamt it. You dream lucid dreams.

Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
      I think I know I mean a yes
      But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

Yeah, okay. With dreaming a lucid dream I meant that I just dreamt that I had a luid dream, but wasn't a real lucid dream actually. But since you said 'yes and yes' It wasn't how I meant it but was a real lucid dream. Thats great. XD

Any dream in which you know you are dreaming is a lucid dream

However there are degrees of lucidity.

Pre-lucid - you suspect there is something unusual in the environment but do not come to the conclusion that you are dreaming. You may do things you would never try in waking life, like leaping into traffic, as you implicitly know there are no consequences.

Sub-Lucid - you realise you are dreaming but this results in immediate awakening or false awakening.

Semi-Lucid - You realise you are dreaming but do not grasp the full implications, ie. that physical laws need not apply; that the scene, objects, and characters will disappear upon awakening, etc. You follow the dream plot.

Lucid - You grasp the full implications of being in a dream. You have access to waking levels of cognition and memory. The scene is clearer. Serious dream control becomes possible at this point.

Fully Lucid - Complete awareness and control.

      Super Lucid - Transcendence.

Alright, so it seems like I had a WILD today. I also recalled that I was like 'oh you shouldn't do this because you could loose your lucidity' and 'do this to stabilize your dream... wow everything is so clear now, like it's real!'

Beware of schemata related to stability limiting your lucidity.

Read this article to see how we set our own limitations in lucid dreaming:
