What you are describing -- dreaming of being in Spanish Class -- is technically NOT a false awakening... it is a normal dream. A true False Awakening is when you dream you have awakened, and thus suppose you are no longer dreaming. That way the Dream can take over again without having to worry about you interferring with it with all of your 'lucid control'.
People only have False Awakenings when their Dream Higher Mind feels that the Dreamer is exercising his Control in a counterproductive manner. The Dreams are reasserting themselves, and attempting to protect their Integrity by tricking the dreamer into discontinuing his interferences with the Dream Process.
So you want to have Lucid Dreams and NOT have false awakenings, then this is what you do. Appreciate the gift of Lucidity only insofar as to let in inform your decision making processes. You don't need to try to control everything. But you can realize a few things which follow from your knowing you are in a dream: You cannot die or even be hurt; you can levitate, at least for short trips; you can confront enemies and bring them to peace; you can do alot of things within the Dream Scenarios presented to them without having to muck them up with Over Control. If you do Over Control your Lucid Dreams, then your Dream Mind will have no choice but to try its best to shake you off the track and trick you into believing you are not dreaming anymore -- to make you think you have woken up. Back off, it it will stop happening.
But, the situation described in the first Post of this Thread is simply a normal dream.
You know, normal dreams can be worked on too... but after the fact. Our Conscious Minds are to our Subconscious Mind as our Subconscious Mind is to our Conscious Mind -- they influence each other. If you feel you have responded poorly to a set of dream circumstances, then, upon morning review of your dreams, deliberated on what you think or feel you should have done. Think about it hard and intently. It will perculate down into your subconscious and into your Dream Will, and then, perhaps the next time, you will find your dream Self acting with a bit more wisdom. So it is up to you to try to understand why your Dream Higher Mind is sending you back to Spanish Class, and then you need to figure out what you need to do to finally Graduate. Recurrent Dreams recur for a reason, and that reason is typically that you are consistently making the wrong choice within the dream. Your Dream Self will give you the same tests over and over again until you pass -- like trying to get a Driver's Licence.
