Would it be easier second time around?

First off I would like to say hi to everyone here, I'm new to the forum. So anyways, I once had a lucid dream about 10 years ago, although back then I was just a kid so I really didn't know what to make of it, but just recently I have gotten interested in the topic, and was wondering, would it be easier for me to have a lucid dream than someone who has not already experienced one?

      Yes it would be easier

I think it would be a lot easier. it kind of depends how well u can make your dream lucid and how long ago that other lucid dream was. if u remember well how the dream felt and how u got it to be lucid, then u could probably do it again with practice and pationce. and how fast u can realize cues in your dream helps greatly compared to people who havnt experienced lucid dreams. u just have to look for cues and try to be aware that u are in fact dreaming. i hope this helps to answer your question.

Yea I agree it would be much easier to have one if you know what to expect. Also you would, more than likely be able to realize that you are dreaming more easily since you know what it feels like.
