Passing through solids at last!

Did anyone else have a hard time trying to pass through solids? People say it is supposed to be easy, and recommend it as a RC for beginners. I got the hang of telekinesis, time traveling, teleportation and changing gravity before I could finally do the solid thing. I'd tried to push my finger through my hand tons of times but failed. Every time I tried to walk through a wall or fly through the ceiling i would crash into it. But last night I finally managed to make it though a giant glass window during an OBE. THE DREAM >>> I just experienced my body falling asleep. I RC, realized i was dreaming, stood up and jumped/flew towards the window. But I crashed into it. I tried a few more times but failed. So I walked up to it, put my hands against it and slowly willed them through it. I got trapped in the glass as if my entire body was stuck in extremely viscous liquid (hot glass?). I sort of strained to swim through it and continued flying across the street. I guess flying somehow brought up airplanes in the back of my mind because i soon found myself flying through an airport lobby. I touched down like super man and started walking hoping no one would notice I was flying. I became much more lucid after giving things more thought. So I thought "ok, Im in a lucid dream, in an airport". Then a girl comes up to me and hugs me and says how excited she is or something. Im with my family and she is with hers. I don't know what's going on but I go along with it all. She calls me her husband and my sister goes "oh not yet he isn't". And I'm like whoa i must be someone fictional right now, i love when that happens. So I look in a glass window (like airports have so you can see planes landing and leaving). Its dark outside so I can see myself in the reflection. I wanted to see who it was because im way too young to have a fiance. But it is me, me in the future. Annnnyway, long story short I flew through glass.

Whether certain types of dream control are easy or hard really varies from person to person, haven't tried this particular one though so can't say how easy or hard is it for me, but if you keep trying it will definitely improve.

Hey congrats on the phasing!! I phase a lot in my dreams, both lucid and nonlucid. I've never really had trouble with it, but there were a few times where I just couldn't do it. So I thought about it for a bit and this is what I did: I'd put my hand on the solid surface, then veeeery slowly try to push it through. It took a few seconds to start sinking into the solid, but it worked! And the cool part was that because I was paying mich attention to the whole thing, I could feel my hand going through, and I could see it slowly passing into the solid surface. It was quite an experience! So yeah, if you ever get any trouble, try doing that slow thing, I hope it works for you!
