Well... i found that it was very relaxing at first. When you get farther into it, it gets more interesting. It makes you feel...well..i can't really describe it...but is wonderfull
It will help you attain lucidity and also when you are lucid to cntrol your actions. Both in meditation and lucid dreaming you are nteracting with your thoughts and emotions, and learn to control them.
