      Some dilemmas. Need help:)

I have a few problems that I have encountered. The first thing is that when I wake up after sleeping, I can't remember a dream, no matter how hard I try. Unlike most people I start to remember the dream in intense detail about 30mins after waking up. Is this normal or could this be a problem? Now for my next problem. I have a job that requires me to be up at 5 and I get off at 6. I want and think about having lucid dreams so badly during the day time and right before I sleep, but if I try wbtb for a wild or mild I am just way too exhausted to get up, and I can't waste the few hours of sleep that I get. Is there any ways that can fix this? Thanks guys, and stay lucid. Also, reality check now

As long as you remember it, even if it's later, it counts. I often remember my dream later on, sometimes because I see something on TV that brings the memory on, and sometimes just out of the blue. Just make sure you write them down.

The more you think, write, talk about your dreams and how much you like them, the more you will start to remember them.

For a MILD/DILD, just a quick trip to the restroom with lights on, doing a few math problems in your head and maybe a one minute mantra sitting on a bed should do the trick. Then just repeat your mantra till you fall asleep.

This could even work for a WILD. If these 2-3 min don't wake you up enough, try a few more minutes. It depends on the individual, how fast can you wake up untill you think logically. For some, 5 min is enough.

If you can sleep in on the weekend, you can try a morning WBTB. Get up at the time you normally get up, stay up for an hour and take a nap. Just don't wake yourself up too much. Have in mind, that you going back to sleep.

The original morning nap goes like this:

      1. Get up 90 min before your normal waking time
      2. Stay up for 90 min (last 10 min do MILD)
      3. Take a 90 min nap.

67% of participants of this sleep study had a lucid during nap.

      hope this helps
