      My recent success

Well Let me tell you about my recent teknique...

Simply this. write down dreams you remember and when you go to sleep. just keep saying. "Tonight i'm going to dream. Tonight i'm going to realise i'm dreaming." over and over until you drift off.

      It worked for me!

      Good luck buddy.

I find looking forward to any and all dreams really increases recall. Recall is the MOST important part of lucid dreaming. I don't use WILD or MILD or any of those devices. I do use one that's similar and I think more effective...

Using WILD or MILD means you are thinking a sentance over and over in your head as you fall asleep. I find it hard to fall asleep when I control the direction of my thoughts. What I do instead is compress sentances like "I will remember my dreams" or "I will become lucid tonight" or "I will notice inconsistencies" into a simple understanding.

What I mean by simple understanding is I know those sentances emotionally rather than thinking of them. I intend to do those things, and look forward to getting a chance. Then I let my mind wander while trying to keep my intention so that my dreams are a bit more bizarre and hopefully easier to identify.

Another thing I do is make sure I reality check at several points of the day. Before I take a piss. Before I go to sleep. As soon as I wake up, unless I need to take a moment to remember my dreams. Whenever the topic of dreams come up. And, as often as I remember during the day.

I also do several tests at a time. If there are two clocks in the room, I will make sure they agree enough. Then I'll look at my hands. Then I'll try to put my finger thru my palm while reading some small text. When I determine I'm not dreaming I will look around and feel the reality of it (so I can compare it to dreaming).

There is actually no secret here. What you are looking for is just the opposite "awareness". I would use meditation its the best way to gain enlightenment as well as explore higher levels of awareness. Dreams help you see yourself as who you are. your true inner beauty. Nothing is more important than to know yourself. This makes all things on all planes in all realities easy.

i find that WILD (waking up 6 hours after sleep and staying up for 30- 60 minutes, then going balck to sleep) is exreamly effective for me. I've tried it 7 times and it has not worked 2 times
