      i keep on hitting my head plese help me

      i have a bunk bead and i sleep on the top i cant sleep on the bottom and i always hit my head on the roof and i could be doing this every night while im asleep what can i do




      plese help me.

      If you really don't like it, then don't sleep there anymore. Sleep on the couch, the floor, the bathtub whatever. You can pick

      Anyway, if comfortability is an issue then just drag your matress out of your bed and place it on the floor or go out and buy a portable matress(the ones you can inflate via machines)

      Another extreme solution is just to staple pillows to the ceiling

      Well, is the problem that you sit up suddenly when you first wake up? If so, there's an easy solution: remind yourself that when you wake up, just as if you're trying to recall your dreams, lay still. Don't suddenly get up or move around a lot. It may take some training on your part, but after a short time you should remember.
