      Please help me

So last three days I ve had MILD, semi lucid, nothing special. It actually bothers me, since this is not a fully lucid dreams and just messes with my head. It always starts with sleep paralyze and then with false awakening. I instantly know that I am dreaming but I just play with lights and do things in the room, try to convince myself that I am in dream and can do anything. My dreams are pretty long, I rub my hands, touch objects to stay in, no problems with that. But I dont get the overwhelming feeling I should and I did some times. But today I went to sleep after being awake for 1 hour and I knew there is going to be lucid again. I covered myself with mine and my spouses blanket, since it was cold. Then I suddenly heard a bepp and I knew that sleep paralyze is starting, then I ve heard my husband walking in the room, i felt him coming on the bed and taking his blanket from me. I knew that is NOT possible, since he was at work. I knew that this is still sleep paralyze, but THAT DAMN THINg lasted and lasted!!! My husband then started to crawl on top on me, and I couldnt breath enough, the feeling was horrible. I tried to wait, cause I knew this thing is not real, but couldnt do nothing.. It lasted like 5 minutes, this is way to much. I started screaming and tried to move my arms and then i flipped into the lucid dreams. I decided to visit a person I have not seen in a while. Decided that in front of my house there is a machine that can get youanywhere in a second. It was. I typed 4 numbers (couldnt believe it, but it worked) and I was infront of his house. I went in and THERE HE WAS. Crazy. So I am developing skills with my almost every day lucid dreams, but that is just that. When I saw him, I should be crazy with happines, but there were no joy. No feelings.. The dreams then ended. I remember few lucid dreams, that were powerfull. Colors were overwhealming, feelings were like something I never felled in my real life, people from lucid dreams gave me the feeling I cant describe and some lucids were in my head for the whole day-

But last few months that doesnt happen anymore although my commands are getting great and the length is 20 minutes and more.
So, what am I doing wrong please?
And why such a long sleep paralyze?

      Thanks!!

For me when emotions are dampened that is usually a sign of stress or depression - I will sometimes be more emotionally detached because the feelings would be too strong otherwise, so I go to the other extreme and feel numb. However, that's me, you may be completely different.

Strong emotions are not necessarily part of lucid dreams, though I agree with you that for me also the best lucid dreams involved strong emotions as well.

What do I do when I get numb? More daydreaming helps me, as does music, and good books. More mental clutter because if my mind is not cluttered enough, then I am more likely to overthink it and stress and small problems then become bigger problems and the numbness is more likely to set in. Whereas if I have a lot on my mind, I have less time to fret, and then I am more likely to get so distracted with the little emotions that I do not overload on the big ones. When there are songs and silly stories in my head then there is less room for the numbness, and I am more likely to be emotionally sound, which is bound to translate into saner dreams as well.

Does this make sense to you? If not, please disregard. Different people are wired differently, what works for me, may not work for you.

I believe there's no 'semi-lucidity' to talk about, either you are lucid or not, if you were aware that you are dreaming then you were lucid, if not then not.
Are you sure you had sleep paralysis, not being able to move and such, do you have ISP? Because if you don't then what you are experiencing is not sleep paralysis http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...explained.html
Also it sounds to me like you were already in dream and were paralyzed because you were thinking about sleep paralysis, i personally call that fake sleep paralysis and even though i never experienced real sleep paralysis, i have experienced fake one a number of times, either way, it should be possible to break out of it with some dream control.
As for happiness, do you have happy feelings when you think about lucid dreaming in waking life, while imagining or thinking about dream goals and anything else dream related?
