Ive been a member a long time but stopped logging in after that hacker issue or whatever a year ago or so. Anyway...ive been trying to lucid dream/obe for a year now. And i know i need to try a dream journal to help with recall but i have issues getting to sleep period. I never can get to sleep. Ive tried staying up late, going to bed early, sleeping pills, stretching all my muscles as long as i can untill they become weak and relaxed, ive tried a heating pad on my back. Its really hard to sleep. My mind used to race all the time but ive been able to tone that down. Now i just lay there in bed, unable to fall asleep, much less become lucid. Its agrivating because my wife can fall asleep within 10 minutes. What Can i do to get to sleep? Im desperate to fall asleep. And i really want to become lucid. Any tips? |
