Question Weird Clock I see in my dreams.

I've recently found this thing called "Hypnagogic Images". And I just want to confirm what I'm seeing right now.

There is this weird figure that looks like a clock. I could somehow control it with a non-existing hand. It has a red pointer that moves with the action of my hand and it makes me feel very relaxed and sleepy. Usually and actually whenever I see this clock it leads to a VERY vivid dream that I fully remember. This thing has happened to me countless amounts of times even before I heard of Hypnagogic Images.

Anyways, can someone tell me what this is? Is it a Hypagogic Image or something completely different?
It's a bunch of transparent lines shaped like a clock with a red pointer in the middle.
I'd explain every detail about it but I just made an Image, it's supposed to be GIF:

Do you see it in your dreams or when you're falling asleep?

Regardless, there isn't any meaning to it other than the one it has for you. Everyone of us experiences HH or dream content which makes no sense, but it can come from many different sources (dream sign, an image that relates to an object you see every day, etc).

If you see it when falling asleep, it's HI, and yup, HI can indeed be pretty weird and interesting at times, and also can be easily controlled.

I agree with both of them^

It's just the same as me having the same auditory hallucinations almost every time. I would hear banging on my door and someone talking in my ear in a certain dialect. It's always the same, and most of the time I use it to focus and launch myself into the dream.

Anyway, like zoth00 said, it's different for everyone and I guess this one's for you. If it helps you get lucid though, then awesome!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
