does anyone think if this message board goes on the fritz again. we should have a yahoo group as a haven for us. cuz its free. and when this board comes back again. we go back here. ???? any one fore it?

Good idea but I think icedawg said he backs up the forum if anything happens to it so the information would be saved (thankfully) etc It could be useful to start a Yahoo Group if you wanted to still keep in contact with people you know but you can use MSN messenger for that I think. I'm sure if the site went down it would only take a few days to get back up again, wouldn’t there be a "reason message" on the website saying "the site is down, be back in X amount of days" and I’m 99% sure we can last a few days without using DV. Like i said good idea, but pointless (unless you have friends here without knowing how to contact them via email or MSN).

While DV is recovering, Which could prevent some from having withdrawels in times of maintenece. Or for whatever reasont the site may be down.

Can I ask a logical question NirvanaStarseed before you get all excited “What’s the point"? (*really think about it). You would only be making an imitation site without any purpose except to create a 'fake endeavour' at making 'your own' version of Dream Views and as a result you will be using its given name for names sake. Just simply silly in my opinion, even if you justify this with a good argument..... If you make your own Yahoo Group and call it something else then that’s cool, but don’t get into Plagiarism. Its like creating a rescue station in a 'disaster' (i.e. someone repairing your TV cable) you 'internet' people always put a smile on my face It would be nice to see how people would cope without using electricity for a few days....

[/b] I'm not getting into plagiarism, chill. It may seem silly, but when DV goes down one day. I can see it as something USEFUL. I would have gone to a place like this a while ago when DV went down, not long ago. So I just created this anyway, and it gives people an OPTION. It took me 2 seconds to create, No use arguing against me it is done already.
