      I forgot

I don't know how to lucid dream anymore......The only time I know how is when I'm withdrawaling from meds and there always scary. Like gory scary. I just don't see how I can abtain this level with all the psych medication I'm on.....I think the nightmares are just the things I try to avoid thinking about when I'm awake and they come out in my dreams cause I have no CONTROL! I hope this season of bad dreams go away.

I don't quite understand what you're talking about, but if you have forgotten how to lucid dream in a way that you feel like you physically can't do it, you could always start afresh. Take a break, then come back to it after a month or so and start the whole process again.

I just want to control my dreams more to the tune, they do what I want them to do. I'm tired of searching the internet of what could be the cause of my nightmares and just forget the anxiety I get before bed whether or not I'm going to have a nightmare......I know something is wrong. I just don't know what to do about it.

Have you discussed with your doctor about how to handle the things in your life that could be causing these nightmares? Or at least mention to him/her that you're having extreme anxiety at night about it, which could be making them worse.
