Thread: How do I get someone into LD?

Hi, I've lurked here often, leeching the tutorials section. Anyway, I've tried getting people into LDing but have always been unsuccessful. I usually get smartass comments or people who frankly couldn't care less. Can someone tell me how I can get someone into it, they're missing out.

My advice is to approach it like u just heard about it

Dont make a great deal about it. Most people I tell them about recommend that I spend my time more productively and realistically.

I wouldnt try to force it on others.

Keep it on the DL, u'll feel less discouraged from others.

Tell them to look up Stephen LaBerge if they really want to.

Hey! Welcome to the forum!
A lot of people are like that....in fact, people make rude comments whenever I mention it....but not to worry b/c as Lucid83 said, keep it at DVs, & if you really need someone to talk to about it, PM someone here!

In my opinion. I would just casually get on the subject of dreams and tell them one of my lucid dreams. Some dont really care that you can be lucid while others wonder how you do it. it just differs from person to person.
