tamer, i think yes, that was just your internal clock working! hmmmm when i started setting my alarm at the same time each morning, i eventually started waking up a few minutes before its set to go off!@
Yea, I know people that do that a lot. My memory (internal clock) is not bad in waking life it just seems to almost be non-existent in non-lucid dreams. That is part of how we become lucid in a MILD. So I guess I was looking for some Ideas on how to improve this memory (internal clock) during a Non-lucid dream.
