      Hey there Ethral !
Welcome to the world of dreaming. And the website.. Since it's your first post.

      1) There's no such thing as stupid questions.
      2) It happens to all of us, lots of times. You realise "oh, this is a dream" but you still keep going like it's not.

It happened to me lots of times. And I think that the cause behind it is that you didn't plan out what are you going to do after you realise.

So it's like "Oh, it's a dream." , I realised, I did my job. I can go back to being unaware now.

So when preparing yourself for a dream, imagine what are you going to do when you realise it's a dream. Etc.. touch the ground to stabilise, rub your hands together.. or so.

Enjoy your stay and feel free to ask anything.

      p.s. your English is good.

It seems like you just need to work on your awareness. You may have known it was a dream, but you had a very low awareness of it. Work on being aware more in waking life and it will carry across into your dreams.

For example, when carrying out Reality Checks, make sure you increase your awareness of your surroundings, and your self awareness, and then question your reality. Try to keep this awareness up as long as you can after the RC and it will help a lot during dreams.

Hello! Sorry for my broken english - I am from North Kavkaz(Russia).
Do was it by lucid dream when in the dream I swimed in sea and could to go at any direction, at any spot where I would like to go, using power of intention?
Or when I was in aware statement and found that I can see any place at the Earth and watched countries and continentes like in googlemaps?
Described above - it is lucid dreams?
