      How TO Dream???

      Is there a certain Method to learn how to dream,,, I had only one Lucid Dream in my whole life!!!
      i just mostly never dream,,, I would like to,,, cause now I am gaining Knowledge on Lucid Dreaming,,, the ability to control,, and to realize ur dream!!!!
      help me out!!!

      is there some type of Method I can do to help me dream,, so I can pratice Lucid Dreaming???

      Actually, you dream every night, you just may not remember it.Now whether or not you know your dreaming, thats a whole 'nother story.

      ^^ what he said. WBTB is one of the most effective and easiest techniques. Also keep a dream journal to write your dreams in(it will help you remember your dreams), also do reality checks. There are tutorials for them. check them out
