I keep having these almost every night.
They don't bug me much, I actually kind of enjoy them, because when I really wake up, I do it kind of laughing because I thought I was awake already.
But sometimes it does get frustrating, because like in my most recent one, I went downstairs to get something to eat, and then suddenly I sat up in my bed wondering "Now how did I get here?" and it took me a minute to realize that I had a False Awakening...
Anyway to prevent these when I dont want them?
