      Dreaming about being lucid?

I can't believe I stopped being active for a little while I told myself I wouldn't. Well I plan on fixing this again since I THINK I had my first lucid the other day

I have the question though that since I've been thinking about it a lot, is it possible to dream about having a lucid dream?
I mean I'm almost absolutely positive I was lucid and had some dream control the other day. But what happened to me last night was a regular dream and wall I was dreaming I thought I had dream control, but then the dream just went going back to whatever was happening.

So I'm questioning myself, also I haven't really been doing RC's and didn't do one in either of the dreams, so that's another reason why I think it could have just been a regular dream I guess.

Sorry If I sound like I repeated myself a lot here, I'm pretty confused.

Yes, it is possible, though i prefer calling it "Dream about Lucid Dreaming actions", in it dreamer's characters becomes aware of dream, but not the dreamer himself/herself. Though also it could have been low awareness lucid dream where you realized that you were dreaming and then fell back to non-lucid, if so, congrats.
Really up for you to decide, if you feel like you weren't really aware that you were dreaming then it was non-lucid. And either way, don't be discouraged and think positive, even if it was non-lucid it's still a step closer, and if it was low awareness lucid, then keep practicing and get your awareness higher!

Looks to me like the latter, and I would count it as a bit of lucidity. Congratulations

But yes, it's definitely possible to dream about lucid dreaming, the way Scionox puts it is nice though.

Have these dreams all the time... Do they count as being really lucid? If they do, my LD count should be like 17!

Your're lucid dreaming, just a little tiny awareness existed...
