Question [HELP] Fight Between me and my subconscious

Hello I hope everyone is well I have a little problem that I really want you to help me
I am a beginner in lucid dreams and I train every day to achieve my first lucid dream. Recently I wanted to talk to my subconscious after 3 days of trying I was successful see it looked like a wise old man with black glasses and said, "Do not you believe, stronger than I'm here to prevent you "and since that day I no longer dream I see total darkness there's nothing in my dreams it's been 3 days that I'm like that I wake up every morning emptied my vital-energy

      Please help me

I think it is just temporary. You should be able to dream normally after a few days.
First thing to say, it is your mind. You don't really fight it. You explore and sometimes you can get lost in your own labyrinth.
I also experienced sometimes a rough rejection from subconscious. (threw me away to the river with Star Wars style force etc.) Maybe you need to go from another side. Try to find another way to achieve what you want in dreaming state. You just came to the wall so go back a bit and take another way.
The reason you have blocked dreams (or just a dream memory?) is your own mind. It's like when you fail at something, you create a block in your mind and next time you are terrified and don't want to try anything like it again.

I don't think I've ever heard of that happening (the "blank" dream part at least). Apparently it's pretty common for the subconscious to be a bit temperamental face to face, I haven't tried that myself though. I agree that it's temporary, but... Well, I can see why that would throw you for a loop.

My advice: Don't let the worry that it will continue to happen, force it into happening. If that happened to me I think I would start by telling myself confidently before bed that I will have a dream and remember it (I do this when I have problems with my dream recall). Another thing that may sound silly is maybe try asking your subconscious to let you dream before you go to sleep.. In any case don't overthink it. The dreamworld and the mind are very strange sometimes and you will bounce back.

My advice would be to just not worry about it, it'll pass in a short amount of time. I've never heard of this happening either, but remember that dreams rely a lot on your expectations. If you expect to have a blank dream, then you most likely will. Expect that this is just a weird coincidence and that it's over, and it will be so!
