What have I just experienced?

Hello, everybody! This morning I woke up at 7 am and I didn't remember any dreams from last night (Just some fragment of being in a forest). Usually I can't fall asleep again when I wake up in the morning, but I heard that when you masturbate, you can fall asleep easier, so I did it and I succeeded. In the ending of the dream I had then, I was on the exterior door of a building and without wanting it I hit a man with the door while entering in. So i was afraid that that he was going to beat me up and I started running. I closed my eyes while running and the dream started collapsing (This isn't a lucid dream!). I felt my body in the bed and I wasn't in the dream anymore. But I was somewhere in the middle (I wasn't awake and I wasn't asleep!) I tried to move my "mental/dream body" and I started separating me from my physical body. My left part was leaving my body and could see with my left eye my room, but my right eye was still closed, I was trying to leave my body and I woke up (I'm not sure if this was a waking up...) So can someone tell me what was that strange experience?

Yo. Sounds like some kind of weird false awakening or maybe dream interpreted that you were about to wake up that way which then transitioned into awakening, it can be weird sometimes. If you experience false awakenings be sure to do reality check every time you wake up.
