To date this is the only method that's worked for me. But is it 'The Poor Relation' of Lucid techniques ???. Also is there any difference of intensity as with regard to doing a WILD etc. |

I'm Staring at you from behind. It's the Eyes on the back of your neck. Feel the Burn.

I think a DILD is really a MILD. Ok I take that back. I read the tutorial again and there is a difference. HILD is the practice of being more aware. However because we are not always thinking of or state and our memory will also play a part in being more aware. So it might pay to use both. MILD & DILD |

Actually DILD (dream initiated lucid dream) is not a technique by itself. It's just a way a lucid dream can start (you become aware in a dream). WILD (wake initiated lucid dream) is another way a lucid dream can start (you fall asleep aware). Confusingly WILD is also considered a technique for attaining a wake initiated lucid dream. |

I think that the most used method to have lucid dreams is DILD I (as myself) are trying to use DILD to get into lucid dreams... I had one on my 1st day (witch was 2 days ago) and iIdint get one yesterday and I’m hoping for one tonight. |
