I got into Lucid Dreaming a long while back and was extremely excited to start my journey on learning how to become lucid at will after I had a lucid dream "on accident" (not on purpose). I bought the book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" because everyone I spoke to sold me to start there and so I did. I read the first 4 chapters and my passion slowly died as my life was filled with work and I drifted away from Lucid Dreaming.

I have recently re-kindled that fire and wish to learn how to become Lucid. I need some help though, because my roommate is a crybaby. He doesn't want me waking up at 4 A.M by an alarm because it will wake him up too, but I'm gonna do it anyways. Starting advice is always helpful. The main thing I'm focused on is how did you start your journal out? I'm having trouble finding the strength to wake up in the morning and write. It's just so easy to lay your head back down and go to sleep.

Thanks in advance,
Zaven
