Tips for other beginners!! Works really well for me!

So earlier today i was thinking how could i get higher rate of success in lucid dreaming and i had idea. Suddenly thought came that animals communicate with feeling and how would we communicate if we couldnt speak. So i tried in my mind changing my mood like saying and becoming angry, thretning, calm and using words to express them and paying attention to feeling rather than words. So then i started changing my mood without words and trying to communicate feelings and i noticed the difference between all kind of emotions and itentions. Then i took nap and thought lucid dreaming without any words in my head tried to create feeling of being lucid and place where i wanted to be without any words was kind of hard. When i fell asleep i was in the scenario where i wanted to be and was lucid. Might have been luck or it actually works. So if you can you should try this. I will try today at night again and post results tomorrow hope this is works.

Cool. Maybe this is some kind of body(conscious<->subconscious) language or something. I'm gonna try it in few mins. Actually i never thought to imagine the lucid dream feeling before sleep, gonna try it.

Yeah thats what i meant. Communicating with your subconsious with itention and feeling. I do it just by remembering feeling after becoming lucid without the excintment and focusing on the memory of feeling. It works kind of like deild but much higher success rate for me. Now i can easily slip back to dream lucid easily.

Result: It kinda worked but i was too tired to memorize my lucid dream so i only remember very little probaly lost lucidity after while cant remember. I never write my dreams down because i just hate it. Always after i wake i just go trought my dream again few times so that remember it really well but this isnt as reaible as writhing and you cant have acces to it anytime you want. I just keep the dream in long term memory that are really intresting and meaningfull.
