      Stabilization mastery

The last lucid dream i had, i had one of those breakthroughs.

Dont quote me on this but I heard that the ideal average amount of sleep one gets is roughly about 7ish hours.
And the maximum amount of sleep, or the longest an avg man can sleep is about 11hours, although there was a day when i slept for 13 hrs.

So this time when i was luciding, the sleep clock ran out of time. i was able to sense the brain commencing boot procedure, signaling to wake up; it almost feels like im getting kicked out. However, this time i forced myself to prolong the sleep and dream longer by trying to ultra stabilize the dream. This required a fair amount of conscious effort. This is very unnatural and I believe it shouldnt be done. Gotta say though, t was pretty legit.

Oh by the way, i know everyone on DV is a dream maniac, you should totally check out Freud'$ work on dream.
