Hi,
Because of my financial goals and books i have read about attaining goals, i have stopped smoking on my days off when i just sit at home. I noticed i can get through the 2 days without smoking because i can just lay down and eat everytime i feel like i need to smoke and get through the day to save money.
This is when i sleep in because it is the weekends.( sunday, monday for me) I noticed i get repercussions frequently now that ive stopped smoking on the weekends. The repercussions only happen on weekends. Maybe it is because i stopped smoking, and i have read that breaking habbits cause repercussions.
One morning i got up, switched sides of my bed, Putting my feet where my head was and my head where my feet was. closed my eyes for about 10 mins, and i woke up in a BIG jolt. Heavy one.
Repercussions is in fact from OBE or am i wrong? If so how come quitting smoking is the only thing that allows me to have repercussions? On weekends i break a routine because i go to bed about 5 hours later than usual, why doesnt that cause repercussions itself? i cant find anything else that causes it. I have had repercussions when young but not in my adult life unless i was quitting smoking. Actually my last time i came close to obe, i had quit smoking for about 5 days.
