You would think that they would be 'Quaking in their Boots' knowing that they had only 'Eighy Hours' or so to live, but yet they carry on regardless being the 'Know All' Characters they can be. In fact have you ever told a DC of their Impending Doom and how did they react ???. They seem so unaware of the concept of an 'End'...........Yet we fear it so much. Though I must admit......I never fear Death in a dream..........only upon awakening. But then again it is only us who have to face the Sh** in this world. They could be 'New Souls'................I am going to Capture One and Drag it into this World !!!. But, Yes, they exist regardless. Maybe We could be Future DC's.
I wonder what makes you believe that some impending Doom awaits Dream Characters? It is easy enough to suppose that Dream Characters are kinds of Immortal Spirits... that while human beings are born and die, the Dream Characters live on and on in the Collective Consciousness.
